KC All Purpose Rub:
A general-purpose rub which serves particularly well with fish, chicken or even as a condiment for vegetables and salads. Undertones of garlic and overtones of bell pepper.
KC Meat & Poultry Rub:
A more robust rub, with Cajun roots, that we use to flavor our own meats. Provides a firm but not overwhelming depth for red meat flavors, blending natural meat flavors with wood-smoke overtones. A favorite among serious BBQers.
KC Steak Rub:
Designed expressly for grilling steaks. This preparation serves to accentuate and amplify the natural flavors of premium steaks or other grilled beef.
